Client App User Guide
1. Invitation to Wunderbuild:
- Once you are invited to the software you will receive a Wunderbuild invitation with your login credentials. Please use them to login in the application. You may download the Wunderbuild App in the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.

2. Logging in to the Wunderbuild Client App:
- Once the app is downloaded please open the app and select “Client Login”.
- Please enter the login credentials sent by Wunderbuild.
3. Selecting the projects you have been invited to:
- Estimation stage - Job has not started yet and the builder is still creating the quote for you.
- Job Stage - Congratulations! You have agreed with the builder’s quote and the job has officially started.
Estimations:
4. Selections: Builders may give you options on certain things such as the roofing, tiling or maybe appliances. In Selection, you may select which option you prefer.
- Pick the selection category
- Select which item you prefer in the selection and add your comment.
- Save and sign to send your selection to your builder.
5. Documents: Builder may share some files with you. You may view them in this section:
Jobs:
6. Messages: You may chat with your builder in this section:
7. Variations: Variations are unforecasted changes in the contract. In this example you may have asked for a pool after the builder has sent the final quote. The builder will send you variations for your approval in any change made in contract.
- Click on the three dots on the top right to print or approve the variation.
8. Site Diary: Builders can send you site updates using the site diary function. They may attach progress reports/pictures.
9. Progress Claim: This section is where the builder will send you bills for their work. You may view and print all the claims in this section.
- Click on the three dots on the top right to print the claim.
10. Documents: Builder may share some files with you. You may view them in this section:
11. Quotes to Review: Builders may send you quotes that will need approval in this case a shower screen. You may view and accept them in this section.
- Click the name of the subcontractor and click the three dots on top to accept the quote.
12. My Profile Section:
- You may edit your picture, name, and email address in this section.
- Logout button
