Communications User Guide
1. Accessing the Messages: Navigate to the Communication tab on the main menu to view the messages/chat.
2. Understanding the communication tab: There is a dedicated messaging section inside a job while in this tab you may monitor the chats in all of your jobs.
3. Various Chat Categories:
a) Team chat: Facilitate internal discussions among your team members. Opt for a dedicated team chat to interact seamlessly within the context of a specific job.
b) Client chat: Engage in effective communication with your clients. Choose the appropriate job/client channel to engage in meaningful discussions with them.
