Quote Requests User Guide
1. Accessing the Quote Request Tab: Navigate to the Quote Request tab by clicking on Quote Request in the main menu to view all of your Quote Requests in Wunderbuild.
2. Viewing Quote Requests: Click on the dropdown button beside the job’s name to expand or hide the Quote Requests under it.
3. Sharing Quote Request: Click “Share with Client” to share a specific quote request with the client.
4. Quote Requests Detailed View: To check all the quote request details simply click the quote request name under the Subcontractors section.
a) Click Print to print the Quote Request.
b) Accept or Decline a quote request: Simply click “Accept or Decline” on the bottom portion of the quote request.
c) Viewing quote request: Click “View on Job” or “View on Estimation” to jump to the quote requests job or estimation.
d) Comments: Add a comment to communicate with the supplier you sent the quote request to.
e) Notes: Click “+ Create Note” to create a note in the quote request.
